This policy explains what information Yodo Group collects through this website, how it is used, and how to get in touch about your data.
What we collect
This is a brochure website for the Yodo Group — there are no accounts and no logins. We collect only what you choose to send us:
- Contact-form submissions. When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you provide, so that we can reply to you.
- Waitlist sign-ups. Our product waitlists are hosted on our operating-company sites. When you join one, your details are handled under that site’s own terms — not here.
- Analytics (where enabled). Where we run analytics, we collect anonymous, aggregate usage data — such as page views and approximate region — to understand how the site is used. This does not identify you personally. If we add a named analytics tool, it will be listed in the section below.
How we use it
We use the information you send us only to respond to your enquiry and to operate and improve this website. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Third-party services
A few trusted services help us run this site. When you use the relevant feature, your data is processed under their own privacy terms:
- Web3Forms — receives your contact-form submission and delivers it to us by email.
- hCaptcha — protects the contact form from spam and abuse; it may set a cookie and assess your interaction with the form.
- Vercel — hosts the website and processes standard server request data (such as your IP address) in order to serve pages securely.
- TinaCMS — lets our team edit the site’s content. It is used by our editors only and does not collect data from site visitors.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies for essential functionality and spam protection (hCaptcha). We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and there is no login. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will continue to work without them.
Data retention
We keep contact-form enquiries only for as long as we need them to handle your request, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, after which they are deleted. Data held by the third-party services listed above is retained under their own policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
